Purchasing a Gift Voucher
The gift voucher is in the form of a greetings card. The experience purchased is shown inside the card, the other side is left blank for you to write you own personal message.
Your voucher will be posted out within 48 hrs. If you need your voucher sooner or want your voucher to go to an alternative address, contact us with your payment reference number, we can arrange that for you.
Once the voucher has been issued, it is valid for 12 months. Christmas vouchers are valid until the end of December the following year.
If you don't know which experience to purchase and would prefer a cash value towards a gift voucher, this can be arranged for any amount but the transaction needs to be done over the phone. The same secure RBS system is used so you can purchase with confidence. The person you are giving the voucher to, can then add to the amount and/or choose the experience they would like for themselves.

Redeeming a voucher is by prior booking on a mutually convenient date, bookings are per availability on a first come first serve basis. Each voucher has a unique number, which must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher must be presented on the day of the experience. All contact details are on the back of the voucher and on the contact us page.
Voucher upgrades, additional participants or observers can be added for an additional fee, which must be paid prior to the event. Contact us, we would be happy to arrange that for you. If you have any specific requirements just let us know prior to the event.
At the time of booking your experience a conformation email and directions will be sent out to you.
